I have a small company of custom picture framing in New York were I finish my raw frames spraying water base lacquer. I did made by myself kind of spray booth 14x10 feet putting a structure with booth filter on front of the fan on the window but now I have to change space in another building were I have only two windows on the wood shop and I wonder if it's fine make the small spray booth on the back of the wood shop were a pipe will exhaust the air of the fan installed on the wall of the wood shop, or maybe better install the fan in the window? I include a picture Thank you Stefano

Looks fine to me, but your insurance agent and fire inspector will likely have another opinion.

The trouble is, it's a spray booth. There is no way they will believe you that you will not spray a solvent based finish. My experience anyway.
