I am looking at getting a Morbidelli Universal 3618 NB CNC with load and unload tables. I use to have a SCM Sigma panel saw and Busellato PTP. The question is does anyone know of potential problems or limitations of the Morbidelli, as our output is 10-15 hi end kitchens per week. Can the Morbidelli cope with that kind of volume?

I have never seen a SCM nested base cell at any of the shows or shops I have been in, but from what I have seen I would suggest you investigate what the other brands have to offer as well.
Once you get past the paint there are some major differences between brands that set some apart from the rest.

I have not used a morbidelli, however I have been nesting cabinets on a scm routech for 3 years, and been very happy with it. however the laser safety barriers on our machine can be a pain, the guys knock them out of line all the time. We purchased a scm tech 5 axis machine at the beginning of the year and it seems to a good machine,( it has bumper type safety's, a much better design)

Maybe you should American made equipment. There are some very good CNC nested based machining centers with load and unload automation built right here in the good ole US.
