How do you remove blue stain from merkusii pine (from Indonesia) without removing the natural color? The process of blue stain removal is done just after sanding but before sanding sealer (we seldom apply wood stain or wood filler).
A.
There is no way to remove blue stain other than severe bleaching, which also destroys the grain and color of the wood. Of course, you could plane it off, too.
