I normally use fastbond nf 30 but ouch $$$$ can anyone tell me if H2o is like fastbond in the respect that it will let you adjust until you roll it also all I have seen is white/clear I guess I could just add a few drops of food coloring so you can see the coverage your getting better

Wilsonart H20 would be categorized as a water-based contact adhesive, as is 3M FB 30. The product is available in white or green.
