hello all here is my process for a profile cut. click rough/finish, choose tool ball end, select profile choose profile base point and geo . generate file mrp to machine. machine cuts profile halfway thru then for the remianding profile it resets Z for each of the remaining lines as if it were doing that many more operations. any thoughts what would cause this. cut time would be cut in half.

Double check your tool file and make sure that you don't have a maximum cutting depth set up. That might give you a problem.
