I have this concept for a cart and I'm currently posting on welding forum to see if this cantilever design will hold the 6 sheets of MDF that we average in the shop per cart. Nevertheless here is the design and maybe someone has done something similar or are looking for ideas. I'm open to any suggestions.

Pretty straight forward welding job. Personally if I was building it (and I have built similar carts) IO would use 2" tube and use angle iron for the six cantilevered arms for ease of alignment.
