We veneer band a lot of circles for basses or tops. We came up with a simple machine that does it semi automatically. The band is cut to a slightly over sized length and the leading edge has tape on it. This is so when the tailing edge adheres to it, we can cut the end at the beginning of the leading edge and then pull off the part the goes past it.
