Innerwood started in 1990 in 6,000 sq feet and by 2004 we were in four buildings totaling 17,000 sq feet. Midyear 2004 purchased 35,000 square foot facility with 12,000 in offices and showroom and balance shop. We did many layouts for new space looking at processes and material flow and worked with Eberhard Reyer of Lignum consulting to assist in layouts. The old shop had several indoor bag type collectors and was generally dusty and we wanted a cleaner work environment so we put in a Dantherm 20,000 cfm outdoor collection system complete with ecogates now the shop air is cleaner than the office air.
