Nice job Justin! Have any jobs you can show us? Keep up the clean shop, it is really important.

Justin, That's a great looking shop! Do you have the Unisaw situated so you can run long boards out that window? If so we'll have to give that one A' for innovation. Good luck and best wishes for your new business.

Justin, nice clean setup do you do finishing in your shop as well? I have similar setup and finish in my shop. But it can be a pain to have down time when finishing one thing and not being able to work on something else. Oh well if thats my worst complaint I can live with it, your shop looks great and the best to you in your new venture.

Thanks guys for your input. no unfortunantly i didnt set it up so long stock could go out the window but i can rip a 10 footer if i wanted too. good idea though. And no i dont do any finishing in my shop. Right out those french doors in the 24' by 36' shop that i stain and finish.

Nice looking shop there Justin...
My question is not about the lenght of the board that can be ripped but rather the width of the panel that can be cut. With the Planer sitting where it is, can you rip a plywood panel then cross cut it?..
Other then that, I think you have done a swell job of setting up a small shop.
I hope you took some classes on business management. Probably the most important part of a business is being able to run the business side of things.
God bless....... Raul S

ya the planer is on a rolling stand, so i just move it out of the way then cut away.

Hey Justin, I have a shop about the same size. Does your delta dust collector work well with all the duct work you have set up? I have the same one and wheel it around to every machine. Thanks corey

Oh Ya! i have plenty of suction to each machine, which is pretty amazing for a small dust collector such as the delta.
