Who is the lady on the wall, just kidding.How do you dispose of the Blum dust.Cant see any dc near it.just bought a blum and a timesaver myself.love your Blum table. Plan to 'steal' the idea. can you post or mail a more direct shot of the Blum.isn't the right side of your Blum table too short. Would appreciate if you can mail me a scanned/pdf copy of your timesaver manual.

Brad: the apollo unit is good but not very economical the extreme amount of air used to atomize the finish creates alot of blow-by just took the kremlin 10-14 airmix for a test drive and will be making that purchase soon as for software we use the only good free system out there which i would highly reccommend which is ecabinet systems free program it take a little getting used to but for the price it cant be beat you can get it free at ecabinetsystems.com they will pop it in the mail and you'll have it in a week

Nice start-up. Good luck. A few observations:
No safety glasses.
Long sleeves and gloves.
Open-air finishing area.
Good insurance???

Lekan, do you have a fax #, I can send you the timesaver manual that way, other than that i dont have a scanner that works properly, as for the blum table it works great, the short table length doesnt seem to be a problem.

Cooktop next to the oven/micro with no counter space is a NO NO, bad design.
How about posting a few photos of your work.
How much do you outsource?...I notice no shapers shown...edge sander...borers...edgebanding...

Gene, very true bad design. I agree good thing we didnt build it that way... we outsource our doors and casework we have a local CNC guy cut our casework with alignment dowels pre inserted and confimat assembly pre bored alond with edgebanding pre-applied. It makes quick work of building the kitchen leaving us to do the architectural work ank custom finishes. As for the 4th brother thats me, directing the shot and staying out of the picture...
