Older but in good condition profiler. Updated and near new Poly feed rollers, pneumatic switches, air lines, aigner outboard fence with 4 depth turret stop (custom), includes original outrigger for machining assembled frames. Long spindle for multiple stacked tools, programmable for height positions, includes grooving saw after main spindle.
50mm diam spindle, newer drive belts, new encoder for height readings.
240 volt machine
Everything works even the digital display!
Includes programming manual, electrical schematics, misc. spare parts.
This has been a good machine for us but no longer need as we have switched all production to a CNC machine. Currently hooked to power and air if you need a video of the unit running we have that as well.
Excludes tooling!
Will have packaged on a skid, can fully crate if needed for additional expense.
