This Heesemann MFA6 is in amazing condition, from overall cosmetics to the condition of the conveyor to how nearly pristine the interior of this machine is from top to bottom, inside out. We believe this machine has only a few hundreds hours use judging both condition and from what the owner told us. Full specs are listed below. In summation of those specs, you have a 6″ X 53″ wide capacity sander. The first head is a Segmented (CSD) Chevron Cross Belt. The Second Head is a Segmented (CSD) Chevron Longitudinal Head. In the Third position is a Scotchbrite Brush followed by a Panel Cleaning Brush.

This fully functional machine has been fully cleaned and checked and is ready to work from the time you receive it. This is our guarantee to both you and your company. It is owned by 360 Degree Machinery and located in our inventory in Kingston, TN.

Working width: 1,350 mm (53″) and equipped with (1) Cross Belt sanding unit, (1) Segmented Platen heads
and (1) Scotchbrite Brush, (1)Cleaning Brush

Head-Configuration:

All heads are equipped with HEESEMANN’s patented “CSD” selective pressure adjustment system, roller
sensors placed every 32 mm (1-1/4″) sense part configuration; pressure for each segment can be preprogrammed
to provide less pressure on the outer edges or more in the center if desired. The “CSD”
computer control will hold a maximum of (20) programs.

1st Head: Cross Belt sanding unit with CSD® segmented pad system. Inner chevron belt. Inverter
controlled motor 15 kW (20 HP). Sanding belt speeds infinitely variable min./max. 2 – 20 m/Sec. (6 – 65
FPS). Cross belt size 4800 x 150 mm (189″ x 6″). Blowers for sanding belt cleaning, activated by work
piece length.
2nd Head: Segmented platen with chevron belt.Longitudinal sanding unit
3rd Station: Structuring Brush roller: Scotchbrite Brush
4th Station: Cleaning Brush
Feed System:
• Variable feed speeds infinitely adjustable from 3 to 15 m/Min (9 – 49 FPM).
• Constant pass-line 880 mm (34-5/8″).
• Heavy Duty vacuum hold-down system. Air consumption 25 m3/Min. (880 cfm).
• Part thickness min./max. 3 – 150 mm (1/8″ – 6″).
• Integrated over-thickness protection.
