CHANGE COORDINATOR

Salary: 45-65K+ Excellent benefits
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Change Coordinator ensures smooth and efficient implementation of product changes. This role involves working with different teams, keeping systems and documentation up-to-date, and facilitating communication among engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (including but not limited to):
• Change Management & Product Librarian
• Oversee the initiation, planning, and execution of product changes.
• Build and maintain cost objects, variables, and parametric functions in Innergy ERP to ensure accuracy for estimating, project management, purchasing, and manufacturing.
• Lead change control meetings
• Act as the main contact between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Collaboration & cross functional coordination
• Collect and maintain accurate records of all material, product, and labor standards.
• Identify ways to improve the change process and related business practices
QUALIFCATIONS & SKILLS:
• Proficient with ERP systems and product design software
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product drawings.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong ability to problem sole
• Ability to lead cross-functional meetings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years in engineering change management, document control, ERP coordination, or related fields. (required)
• Proficiency with C# programming, experience with Innergy ERP Product Library, process implementation, and knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques (preferred).
