Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Maintenance Tech to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing location. This position requires a strong understanding of various CNC machines and other manufacturing facility systems. The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician's primary responsibility is maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines and other shop equipment, including but not limited to panel saws, edgebanders, routers, and forklifts. This position is also responsible for general building maintenance and repair such as HVAC and evaporative cooling systems, and for maintaining proper safety records and procedures. This is a day shift only - 5 days per week (M-F).
Responsibilities
-Troubleshoot mechanical, software, electrical, and pneumatic systems by consulting manuals, blueprints, schematics and other sources as necessary.
-Order parts and coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance companies to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
-Develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance System (PMS)
-Repair CNC Machinery, and various other equipment.
Requirements
-Knowledge in PMS is a Must.
-Strong background in industrial maintenance practices and principles.
-Ability to read part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides.
