Engineering Manager
The Engineering Manager will report to the Plant Manager for support, mentorship, training and coaching.
Job Overview
To lead and direct a team of cabinet vision technicians from first draw to cutlist while maintaining an established daily throughput requirement. Responsible for leading this team to produce accurate drawings used in both sales and production.
Responsibilities & Duties
Evaluate and Implement changes necessary to increase throughput without changing design/construction
Establish a catalog and libraries of work
Work with Plant Manager & Shop Foreman to establish production packet
Sync CV w/ Innergy (ERP System) for part tracking
Assist PM’s & Cad Techs with errors in specifications, design, etc.
Qualifications
Ability to work On-Site
Cabinet Vision experience
Previous drafting experience in Autocad, drafting or related field
Computer literate
Previous Cabinet Experience
Knowledge of cabinet construction terminology (dado, scribe, reveal)
Extremely detail oriented
Strong leadership & organization skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
