Position: CNC Operator with Cabinetry Background
We are seeking a skilled CNC operator with cabinet machining background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using CNC machinery to produce parts used in the manufacture of custom cabinets and other woodworking products. This position requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently.
Position will require daily commuting to our facility located in Auburndale, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce custom cabinet and furniture parts, components and woodworking products
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience operating CNC machinery, preferably in a cabinet-making or woodworking environment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
