Are you an experienced cabinetmaker/woodworker with who thrives in both the shop and in the field, leading projects from concept to installation with precision and skill? We are looking for an extremely capable Lead Cabinetmaker to join our team—someone who can set up machines, help direct a team of builders, and ability to work autonomously while maintaining the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:
* Help lead and manage a team of craftspeople, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
* Set up and operate woodworking machinery with expertise.
* Build from detailed drawings and see projects through from shop fabrication to field installation.
* Maintain a high level of precision and craftsmanship in every aspect of work.
* Work autonomously while effectively directing and mentoring team members.
* Solve problems in-shop and on-site, ensuring seamless project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 10+ years of hands-on experience in fine woodworking, cabinetry, and millwork.
✅ Expertise in shop and field work, including machine setup and operation.
✅ Strong leadership skills – able to help direct, mentor, and manage our team of builders
✅ Ability to read and interpret drawings and execute projects with precision.
