Key Responsibilities
• Interpret and understand both Architectural Drawings and Shop Drawings.
• Coordinate and schedule all field operations.
• Manage a team of up to eight employees.
• Perform accurate job site measurements for all projects.
• Communicate job site dimensions and conditions effectively with the Project Manager.
• Exhibit a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Qualifications
• At least 10 years of installation experience in millwork or a similar field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a dependable, responsible self-starter who can multi-task.
• Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to work.
