Description
Parkerville Wood Products is a producer of high-end commercial and residential millwork, and a specialty lumber yard. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for a permanent full-time position. Qualified candidates must have extensive experience with commercial and residential projects, be professional and organized, and have exceptional personal and communication skills. Position requires total management of projects from inception through punch list and close-out, including scheduling, purchasing, production, deliveries, and monthly billing. Requires ability to fully interpret drawings and blueprints and have the ability to help with design decisions and professional advice on residential projects. Must have a background working with solid wood, panel products, plastics, and solid surface materials. Drafting skills are a plus. Advanced knowledge and practice of safety measures is a must. Rate based on experience. $20.00 - $40.00 per hour / or salary options
