Job Description:
Duties of this position are, but not be limited to:
Create job estimates for the sales department.
Alert and proactive to opportunities to change methods, processes, and procedures.
Continuously monitor subcontractor and supplier billing to assist the Project and Plant Managers in controlling operating costs.
Helping deliver quality products on time and on budget.
Ability to process paperwork in a timely manner.
Ensure all estimates include fully burdened labor costs and overhead absorption.
Measure Gross Margin to company targets.
Eligibility Requirements:
Engineering or Construction Degree, or equivalent
At least five years of hands-on experience required.
Must have the skills and knowledge to keep all lines of communication open within the office and from external sources. Ability to work with other employees.
Must be a US citizen or a legal resident alien. I9 requirements must be satisfied.
Experience with Bluebeam and/or Innergy ERP a plus.
