Operations Manager

Salary: Open depending on experience, benefits, profit sharing, relocation program, etc.
Essential Functions
• Establish and enforce best-in-class operational process
• Lead execution of growth strategies and key initiatives
• Overseeing daily business operation
o Facility management
o Inventory management – receiving, storing, cycle counts and delivering materials. Develop or implement plans for storage of products and materials, monitor inventory levels
o Fleet/Equipment management
o Safety protocols
o Manage the work environment:
Human Resource support
Hiring team members
Evaluating performance and productivity
Training team members
• Analyzing accounting and financial data. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Generate and contribute to performance reports
• Other responsibilities as needed and assigned
