Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Engineer/Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in custom millwork, cabinetry design, and an ability to create detailed shop drawings for fabrication. This role is critical in ensuring that our production process meets design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD for custom millwork projects.
Work closely with the production team to ensure accuracy of drawings and specifications.
Develop accurate cut lists, material take-offs, and hardware specifications.
Collaborate with the shop manager and project manager to ensure design intent is achieved.
Review project plans and communicate any design concerns or issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure that all work adheres to industry standards and company quality control procedures.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Millwork Engineer/Draftsman in the millwork or cabinetry industry.
Must have experience in AutoCAD LT. Experience in Mozaik Software is a plus.
Strong knowledge of millwork production processes and materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or related field is a plus.
