We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a Senior Foreman to join our dynamic team and oversee our production operations.
Position Summary: The Senior Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of millwork processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Supervise and lead a team of skilled craftsmen and laborers.
-Plan and assign work tasks to optimize production efficiency.
-Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
-Monitor safety practices and enforce company safety policies.
-Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and specifications.
-Conduct training and mentoring for new and existing employees.
-Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
-Maintain accurate production records and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Technical training in woodworking.
-Basic understanding of woodworking equipment and heavy machinery related to factory style production
-Minimum of 20 years of experience in a millwork or woodworking environment, with at least 5 years in a lead foreman role.
-Strong knowledge of millwork processes, tools, and machinery.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
-Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
