Starting base salary: $95-115K
Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Engineering Manager to join our team. The new manager / team member will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all engineering activities within the organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative engineering solutions
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop engineering solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in areas such as SolidWorks, CAD, system design, logic controllers, Cabinet Vision, systems engineering, and schematics
Requirements
- Strong technical background in areas such as SolidWorks, CAD, system design, logic controllers, Cabinet Vision, systems engineering, and schematics
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
