JOS2084 Drafter - TX
Starting base salary: $60-80K
SUMMARY
Uses CAD software in preparing routine layouts, detailed drawings, assembly drawings, sketches, and diagrams. Details to include all views and dimensions necessary to manufacture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Keep job on track and advise management of any problems, provide notes/customer communication, or relevant information.
-Check and organize all drawings for the job before sending to a Project Coordinator, customer, or production floor.
-Produce accurate and complete drawings using Cabinet Vision.
-Accurately interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
-Cabinet manufacturing or engineering knowledge.
-Able to operate ALPHACAM, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
-Ability to manage multiple jobs at various stages in the process.
-Attention to attendance and ability to work in a flexible work schedule.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily assignment deadlines.
-Able to interact effectively, cross-functionally and with various levels within the organization.
-Expert knowledge in the latest Cabinet Vision version with experience of 5+ years is required.
-Acts in a professional, courteous, and cooperative manner toward internal and external customers and coworkers.
