High-End Custom Cabinet Shop Seeks Skilled Cabinet Vision Engineer to Lead Staff Training and Software Setup
We are a 40 person premier custom cabinetry shop located in the South Bay (1 hour south of San Francisco), specializing in high-end residential cabinetry and millwork. We have been in business 50 years and need to make some upgrades. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to lead the transition of our operations to using Cabinet Vision software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Implementation: Configure and set up Cabinet Vision software to reflect our custom cabinet-building specifications.
- Team Training: Train a team of 8-10 staff members on how to effectively use the software, ensuring a smooth transition to its full integration in our workflow.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Cabinet Vision software, with a proven ability to configure custom specifications and provide team training.
- In-depth knowledge of high-end custom cabinetry and millwork for luxury residential projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with the design and production teams.
We are open to negotiating the role as either a full-time position that extends beyond team training or a project-based role that concludes once Cabinet Vision is fully implemented and the staff is proficient.
Please note, we are unable to provide relocation assistance. However, we are open to remote candidates and can facilitate training through virtual sessions, though in-person training is preferred.
